Systems Analyst Ecom CRM Call Center

 

Our client, an innovative leader in retail is looking to add an experienced Systems Analyst for E-Commerce, CRM and Call Center Solutions at their offices in San Francisco, CA.

 

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for project work and support activities related to the e-commerce, CRM and Call Center systems. Work closely with business users and the IT team to define new requirements and system functionality for E-commerce, CRM and Call Center solutions. Be a part of a team that will ensure best practice operational efficiencies for the platforms.

 

Position Responsibilities:

* Work with business partners, IT management and development staff to ensure business requirements are clearly presented and carried through all stages of SDLC.

*Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, validate system design and architecture against business requirements.

*Take active role in designing system and integration test efforts.

* Participate in vendor evaluation process, work closely with vendors? technical team, manage some aspects of vendor relationship.

* Work on multiple projects and system enhancements; manage expectations and priorities related to IT projects.

* Participate in walkthroughs to validate that designs meet requirements; offer constructive feedback to other supported application platforms.

* Manage and track scope and issues, and negotiate resolution.

* Keep up with current trends in technology as they relate to the retail eCommerce and CRM systems.

 

Requirements:

* BS or BA in computer science or MIS

* General retail or consumer industry knowledge

* Understanding of ecommerce/CRM technology tools, providers and trends

* Working knowledge SDLC and OO methodologies

* General understanding of  3-tier web architecture

* Knowledge of ATG or Blue Martini technology is a plus

* Knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL databases

* Knowledge of SQL

* Familiarity with Java, XML, SOAP

* Experience with campaign management systems is a plus

* Strong analytical and communication skills

 

Hours and Compensation:

? Full Time
