 The SYSTEMS ENGINEER II (TADIL/Link Integration Domain) reports to the Systems Engineering Department and serves as domain expertise in the TADIL/Link area for all programs, new business, and research initiatives at Raytheon Solipsys.

Raytheon Solipsys is an industry leader in the development of C4I Network Centric Warfare solutions for both the Domestic and International DoD and this candidate will be engaged with exciting and innovative advancements in this technology.



The successful candidate will apply state of the art technology, tools, and processes performing these specific duties: System requirements analysis, definition, and management, Technical direction for software development team, and Systems integration and performance verification.



 Required Skills/Experience A minimum of 4 years of proven experience performing as a Systems Engineer in the C4I area, actively developing products. Demonstrated strength and mastery of the TADIL/Link interfaces to a host C2 system and a solid understanding of the track management and attribute information processing required of the host C2 system to support this interface. Knowledge of the Common Link Integration Processor (CLIP) desired.Superior verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of a Requirements Management Tool such as DOORS (preferred) or RequisitePro. Understanding of C++ and Java Software. Exposure to CMMI processes and standards. Understanding of Model Driven Architecture (MDA) and Object Oriented Design techniques.



 

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Positions at Solipsys may require U.S. citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD.
