Systems and Documentation Manager

Responsibilities:Administer and support Product Data Management systems (Agile or PDM Link) for shared services to support all new and existing products for Invensys controls North America (ICNA) the Plain City Technology Center.Propose and maintain budget and capital expenditures for engineering tool and PDM software expenses.Regular communication of systems and documentation progress.Provide leadership, guidance and training to other ICNA personnel.Assists director in the managing of departmental expenses within their area of responsibility. Other duties/tasks as assigned.

Experience/Education Required/Sought:Prior PDM/PLM management and training experience.Demonstrated leadership and execution abilities.Exceptional planning and communication skills.Working knowledge of engineering tool administration.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in an engineering services environment related to electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical devices.Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical engineering tools - Pro-E, Mechanical, CFD, Mentor Graphics Expedition, PADS.Conversant with PDM and PLM tools such as Agile or PDM Link (Windchill)Previous IT experience a plus.Knowledge of gas valves, refrigeration, appliance controls or HVAC industry a plus.
