JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

The Test Technician or Engineer is responsible for testing of products to meet specifications and requirements. Major responsibilities include:

 

- Analyze, design, and prototype antennas for integration in smart antenna products 

- Implementation of customer products with smart antennas

- Prototype antennas using CAM software and the in-house milling machine, work with contract manufacture and suppliers for samples, pre-production and volume production

- Board level RF simulation to identify problems and find solution

- Antenna integration on customer platform and provide solution

- Engage with customers and partners for design and support high-volume manufacturing

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Work experience requirements:

- 3+ years of industry experience in QA for networking applications

- Experience on TCP/IP and control plane protocols

- Experience in the field of wireless networking, specifically 802.11a/b/g

- Understand and have experience in IP routing

- Experience in traffic generating and protocol decoding test tools, such as Airopeek

- Strong QA skills on planning, bug isolation, bug report writing and troubleshooting

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Education Requirements:

- Associates or Bachelor?s in CS, EE or a related technical discipline

Salary will be commensurate with experience.  The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, participation in 401(k), paid vacation and participation in the options plan.
