Tactical Systems Division, Communication Systems
Work on UNIX platforms in C/C++, Java, HTML/Javascript, XML/XSL client/server and network programming. Experience in system internals, and APIs a plus. Knowledge preferred in development of network management functionality including performance analysis, and configuration. Experience desired with Army communications/operations, Wideband Mobile Networking Radio, network communications gear and network protocols. Experience with Rational Rose and Clearcase on software development projects. Responsible for identifying common object data architecture and associated data management techniques. Model data architecture and incorporate it into higher-level data models. Assess and determine usage of software components to support requirements and create software architecture and design for the data architecture.
