Team Lead - Engineered Solutions Assembly

MISSION
SUMMARY


Responsible for the final assembly of the ETO solution - on time, on budget and with zero defects.

Implement continuous improvements in the manufacturing/assembly process.

Manage, recruit and train team members.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS


Develop assembly guides, procedures and illustrations.

Manage and train the employees according to established assembly processes and KPIs.

Interface with value stream to resolve ongoing process issues.

Plan assembly time and resources.

Drive the project specific assembly process according to the Lean Manufacturing (TPS): hands-on work is first priority



QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years experience or Technical Work Experience with 5-9 years experience ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Receive material in work cell. Work with Project Manager to thoroughly understand solution assembly requirements and schedule Specify and procure tooling and equipment as required. Assist in coordinating assembly line from pilot production program to full production. Close the assembly process with quality checks, failure reports and working hour reports.
