Teamcenter Administrator

The Corporate Information Services Department has an opportunity at our Miami, FL. facility.  The ideal candidate will provide daily administration of the TeamCenter Engineering database and inter-site data synchronizations plus testing and implementation of new database items, attributes, workflows, and dataset types.  Performs day-to-day system maintenance of Windows-based CAD workstations and UNIX/Windows CAD/PDM servers; implements UG and TeamCenter upgrades in conjunction with other company sites; extends access to CAD data beyond Engineering using iMAN-Web and VisView PC based tools; documents system changes; adheres to system and code change management processes; and validates database recovery processes and ad hoc file level recoveries.

 

A Bachelor?s degree in engineering or systems, and three years CAD/PDM experience; or five years CAD/PDM Administration experience, is required.  Other requirements include the following: TeamCenter Engineering database schema design and management; management of data across multi-site database implementation; file and database recovery methods; UNIX (HPUX) and Windows (W2K Professional and W2K Server); volume data management utilities; application experience ? TeamCenter Engineering, Unigraphics, Global-iMAN, Teamcenter-Web, VisView; TeamCenter Engineering workflow management; and TeamCenter Engineering BOM management tools.  Also desired are excellent verbal and writing skills.  Moderate travel expected.
