Technical Lead Engineer

This position is responsible for defining, planning and coordinating all the activities necessary for the creation or customization of BOMs for gaming products. This position will manage the activities, ensure requirements are satisfied and schedules are upheld. This person will work with the Studio Engineer as well as manufacturing, purchasing, EIM, to insure product BOMs are accurate.

For successful performance in this position, the incumbent will need to demonstrate the following:
The individual must be a self starting and detailed oriented team leader. They must display effective skills in the following areas:
-communication, design, prioritization and controlling costs.
They must be able to successfully communicate across multiple organizations throughout the company.
They should have a through understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles.
A thorough knowledge of Oracle is required; familiarity with AutoCAD and Solidworks is a plus.



Responsibilities
The Engineer is responsible for the BOM after the prototype stage insuring accuracy and completeness until it is released.
They will conduct multiple audits with the project engineer as required during the development cycle as well as structuring of sub-assemblies and development of configuration schemes.
They will also coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and procurement of the MEL and pre-production stages of products in development.
