You'll be working with a visible and accessible management team. We need a talented individual to fill the role of Technical Manager for The Spiratex Company. In this position, the individual will manage the operation of both the quality assurance and engineering departments coordinating all aspects of the quality program and facilitating the design and development of engineering projects.

Qualifications

Required

Strong working knowledge of various quality and inspection requirements, manufacturing processes, and measurement techniques.

Track record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization and implementing quality initiatives.

Ability to use CAD

The successful candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in a plastics manufacturing environment, a Bachelor of Science in plastic an/or related engineering field

Preferred

Expert at using manufacturing equipment controls and instrumentation to monitor progress and determine actions.

Skilled at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses.

ASQ quality certification desired
