In this position, you will be expected to interact at all levels supporting the company?s sales team, distribution network and end-users. This person will be responsible for providing technical, application and sales support throughout the sales process.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

? Providing technical web presentations and product training

? Troubleshooting and technical support.

? Product maintenance, service and repair.

? Managing product evaluations.

? Generating and submitting quotations.

? Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies.

? Creating marketing materials (Technical Data Sheets, Case Studies and User Guides etc.)

? Coordinating and attending trade shows.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is degree qualified, customer and detailed focused, motivated, and highly organized with a minimum of 3 years technical sales support experience in the Power Utility sector. Customer focused with excellent communication and presentations skills.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Possesses a high degree of professionalism with excellent English oral and written communication skills.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Have a good technical background possessing strong software, IT, electronics and data communication skill sets.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and ExcelBased in the Los Angeles, with some travel in North America and Canada.
