Technical Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a progressive team oriented facility with MW Manufacturing in Hammonton NJ. Mw is a leading manufacturer of window and door products for the residential construction industry.  MW is seeking a person that will be responsible for all phases of technical services: Quality, Lean/Process Engineering, and Maintenance, in support of manufacturing operations.  The TSM will manage and coordinate the activities of all technical functions at the Hammonton, NJ location.  World-class Manufacturing involves TPM, QMS and Process/Lean Engineering functions.  These functions must be coordinated through one manager due to overlap and intermeshing of functions and responsibilities.  This position will be responsible for 30-40 direct/indirect reports.  Must demonstrate a total commitment in leading the team to achieve World-Class standards by applying and improving best-know practices.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, MBA is a plus.  A minimum of five years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment required.  Must be knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing lean manufacturing concepts and techniques.
