Job Description
Technical specialists work with inventors, patent attorneys, and partners of the firm in all aspects of the firm's patent practice. These projects include the drafting of patent applications, prosecution of patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, patent litigation in Federal Court, licensing, opinion work, and other patent related projects. Our client base includes large and small companies, dealing with cutting edge technology. Technical specialists must posses the ability to understand the technology and provide scientific advice.
