We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Acts as the primary technical point of contact for all customers, handling customer requests remotely through phone calls, emails and other methods of contactInterfaces with third parties involved in the delivery of RadioFrame Networks? installation services, as required, to resolve issuesLogs all customer interactions into a ticketing systemOpens and processes Return Material Authorization (RMA) requestsHandles issues and information requests in timely, appropriate manner, maintaining a minimum of 75% accuracy in handling requests without escalationEnsures accurate and timely tracking / updating of tickersEnsures adherence to all service level agreementsExercises complete ownership of all assigned problems

 

Requirements:Bachelors degree in related technical area, or equivalent industry experienceExperience in customer support or help desk in technical environmentExperience with troubleshooting telecommunication hardware and softwareExperience with RF and/or cellular telecommunications desiredGeneral working knowledge of various operating systemsWorking knowledge of data networking (TCPIP)Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with customers in sensitive, delicate situationsExcellent written communications skill in composing internal and external emails as well as updating ticket logsAbility to create effective reports and presentationsGood presentation skills with both peers and managementStrong problem analysis and troubleshooting skillsAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, customer oriented technical environment
