In this role, your main responsibilities will include providing customers with detailed knowledge of set-up, operation and maintenance of our injection molding systems; doing research, creating comprehensive training modules on Husky machines, controls, robotics, molds, and other services; and conducting approximately 35 customized training courses per year, in Detroit or at customer locations. 

 

The qualified candidate ideally has an educational background in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of three years technical training experience and a solid understanding of injection molding machinery, service, maintenance and related electronic, mechanical and hydraulic technologies.  Areas of expertise include PLC and PC based machinery control systems, electrical controls, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, field service experience and a wide range of PC software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets and multimedia applications.  Good communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to travel 40 ? 50% of the time are a must.  Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
