We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Communications and Technology Consultant in the New York office. Upon joining you will be assigned to work within a specialist team of ICT engineers and consultants engaged in the design of all ICT infrastructures and systems typically found in the built environment.

Responsiblilites include but are not limited to:

Act as IT&C project engineer and lead Junior Engineers in the team
Help develop business in new areas
Undertake ICT infrastructure and systems design, predominantly for building and infrastructure projects, including structured cabling systems, local area networks, wireless, voice systems, the integration between various building and information technology systems, etc.
Prepare and review drawings detailing the design
Carry out building surveys
Carry out testing and commissioning of ICT infrastructure and systems
Proposal writing
Coordinate work with Architects and Engineers of other disciplines
Attend meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them


Requirements:

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of industry experience and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics and/or Computer Engineering with a sound knowledge of ICT/Electrical engineering fundamentals as they relate to building systems. Good communication skills are essential for team-based working. PE license is a plus.
