Test Supervisor

Designs, develops and implements testing methods and equipment.  Plans and arranges the labor, schedules and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.  Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.  Responsible for testing all customer systems for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.  Ensure all test related tasks are completed in a timely manner.

 

BSEE or BSET plus minimum five years experience.  Knowledge of state-of-the-art RF components and test equipment.  Experience evaluating RF components, writing test procedures, supervising Technicians and Engineering Aides performing subassembly and system test activities.  Familiar with, and able to operate, RF test equipment like power meters, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters and network analyzers.
