Traffic Engineer

Requirements:

Candidate will have B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience in traffic engineering. Candidate must be familiar with the Highway Capacity Manual and MUTCD. Experience must include knowledge of traffic software. Preferred candidate will also have experience in coordinated signal analysis and traffic signal design. Knowledge of ITS is a plus.
