Trainer - Trainer/Software/curriculum development 80-105 K/yr

Mandatory: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or clinical healthcare discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience. The applicant must have at least 3 years experience in similar/related position. Experience in working on medium to large sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment. The applicant must have excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills. The applicant must display a proven ability to conduct a learning need analysis and assist/develop a cohesive training strategy. The applicant must have extensive experience in training curriculum development. The applicant must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project. The applicant must be a team player who will help create a positive team environment and has the proven ability to work on a variety of projects.
Desirable:
Clinical information systems training experience is strongly preferred.
It is desirable that the applicant has experience with the Epic Ambulatory software or other clinical systems.
