Job Description:
The primary duties of the Transmission Line Project Engineer include: leadership and technical integration of project estimates, drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents required for power transmission line and power distribution projects. Power line voltages range from 500 kV to local distribution voltages. Overhead power transmission is the focus of this position although any underground transmission experience would be helpful. Work under the supervision of project managers and supervise the efforts of junior engineers and design/drafting personnel in completing the technical documents required for the project.


Job Experience:
Requires BS degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering

4+ years civil, structural & geotechnical experience. Preferred if in the power industry.

PE or able to obtain in 6 months

Strong English writing skills.

Combined interest in working in the field and office.
