Ultrasound Probes Advanced Process Engineering Manager

Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Build your career and experience the advantages that come with working for Global Ultrasound Probes (GUP) Organization with 300m in Revenue and 600 + employees.In this role, as the Advanced Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for development and implementation of a key strategic initiative, Next Generation Transducer Process (NGTP) technology for the global probes organization. This is a key technical role, which will allow the GUP organization to address the primary CTQ's of cycle & labor time & ICV reduction while delivering the state of the art performance for new products. NGTP development will also include researching new materials, design tools and process technology with the goal to standardize transducer manufacturing processes and address commonality and transportability across all GUP sites. Responsibilities include:
*Leading a team of engineers to meet the NGTP program objectives
*Convergence of transducer processes within GUP
*Interfacing with GRC (NY and Bangalore)

Qualifications/Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements: (Basic Qualifications):* A Degree, preferably an MS or Ph. D in an engineering discipline or high school degree with 15 + engineering development and project management experience in the ultrasound transducer field* 3+ years of Project management experience to lead a complex process development program* Demonstrated Leadership interfacing with multiple engineering teams to execute programs/projects* Excellent communication skills and experience in a global environment* Strong materials and process knowledge with DFM and DFR focus
*Demonstrated use of Analytical/Statistical Tools
*Willingness to travel globally
*Willingness to take a drug test
*Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
*You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be willing to work in Phoenix Arizona.

Desired:
Engineering Degree, preferably an MS or Ph
*Experience in Healthcare Industry, knowledge of Ultrasound probes background a plus
*Automation / Semi-Automation experience in a semi-conductor related field a plus
*Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and operate in a remote environment
*Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
*Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity and patience to develop long-term customer relationships
*Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
*Organized, ability to multi-task and lead a strong technical team by example
