Validation Test Engineer

Adecco Technical is currently searching for a team of Validation Test Engineers for a 3-6 month contract (with possible extensions) in Kansas City, MO.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Test Engineer is required to fill an immediate need for the Validation Test Engineering group. Design, develop, and execute requirements-based tests for real-time embedded control systems. Participate in all aspects of test engineering including requirements analysis, requirements to test tracing, test design, detail test procedure development/test script automation, creation of test equipment specifications, and test execution.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*BSEE/BSEET/BSCE/BSCS Degree.
*5 years minimum experience in test engineering design and the development of functional tests based on product requirements.
*1 year minimum experience with National Instruments TestStand and LabView tools.

Desired: Strong technical problem solving skills.
*Proven ability to review complex system requirements and evaluate requirement testability and quality.
*Basic understanding of safety critical systems and impacts of safety requirements on validation testing.
*Experience with requirements management and tracing related tools. *Analytical with the ability to work with minimal supervision, while managing multiple tasks to meet schedule commitments.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to lead and work as part of a project team.
