Vice President - Cryogenic/Business Development/Petrochem 100-150 K/yr

Provider of emergency service and installation primarily to the compressed cryogenic gas industry is currently seeking a senior level executive to assist the CEO in leading the company?s expansion. The main responsibilities include: Leading clients marketing and business development efforts; Sourcing bid documents and working with other team members in delivering bid proposals; Providing a communications link between field personal and the customer?s corporate office; Assisting in the development of construction schedule and allocation of client?s employees and resources.

Ideal candidate must have the following skill sets:
Significant energy related construction/business development, experience (chemical, petrochemical, cryogenic gas preferably) in a management capacity. Strong command of business concepts, including business plans, budgets, P&L, and ROI. Excellent written and oral presentation capabilities, particularly to senior executives. A well established contact network of energy industry executives. A solid understanding of safety and security regulations impacting related industries. Working knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, job estimating, quoting, costing and related systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and MS Project Ability to quote long-term projects and work directly with field project managers to attain goals with respect to completion targets and cost control. Engineering Degree: must maintain ability to read and interpret engineering construction drawings, procedures, and specifications. Must be a self-starter that can work well in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment and have strong computer skills. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, marketing, functional and business plans that explore market opportunities and customer needs. Evaluation of marketing trends, and the development of pricing, negotiation and contract strategies to ensure customer satisfaction

Attractive salary structure with incentives tied to project profitability. Base salary will be approximately $100K. Total package at plan will be $130-$150k
