Web Programmer

Nick Miller, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual for the position of Web Programmer (full-time).

Nick Miller, Inc. is a surveying and mapping firm with three offices in Florida, Palm Beach Gardens, Tallahassee and Vero Beach. NMI specializes in land information management. Our services are designed to help gather, organize and automate the necessary data for land projects, and provide the necessary analysis to ensure success. Our company was founded in 1985.

The position of Web Programmer is located in our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office.

Job Description:
The primary role of the Web Programmer is to develop Internet and Client/Server Web applications. Primary duties would include:
? Develop windows or web applications based on a specific need or an idea
? Work in a team environment to develop larger applications
? Propose new ideas for products, as well as enhancements to existing
products
? Provide technical support for any application

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
Programming Experience: ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net or C# (Minimum 2 Years),
Javascript, Web Services, AJAX
Programming Environment: Visual Studio 2005, Vault
Database Environment: SQL 2005, Oracle 9i, Access, & XML
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Organizational Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on work
requirements and deadlines

Other Requirements:

U.S. Citizen

The following skills are a plus:
Experience with ESRI software
Mobile Applications
Surveying Experience
