Weld Engineer/ANST Certified?NDT Level III

Oldenburg Group Incorporated, a leading manufacturer and?defense contractor located in the beautiful, picturesque north woods lake region of Wisconsin?seeks an experienced Weld?Engineer/ASNT certified NDT Level III with experience in AWS, ASNT, ISO, Military Standards and Commercial Codes.??

?Requires Bachelor's Degree in Weld Engineering preferred or equivalent degree with 5-7 years recent and verifiable experience as a Weld Engineer/ASNT Certified Level III...credentials will be verified.?Candidate must be either a Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) or Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) in accordance with the American Welding Society (AWS) or be qualified to obtain CWI certification within six months of date of hire.Candidate MUST be currently certified to ASNT, Level III in accordance with American Society of Nondestructive Testing recommended practice No. SNT-TC-1A in VT, MT, PT, and UT methods or be currently certified to ASNT Level II in VT, MT, PT, and UT methods and qualified in accordance with ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A to sit for the ASNT Level III certification examination. The ideal candidate will be familar withMust be?experienced with Mil-Standards and AWS commercial codesMust?have experience?in developing quality plans, weld and,?NDT inspection procedures?from contractual and code requirements,Must have the ability to develop training curricula and perform classroom and shop floor training across?organizational levelsMust be experienced in effectively implementing new manufacturing processes and technology to achieve successful buy-in without?being combative or confrontational.Candidate must be a team playerMust possess stellar?oral and written communication skills and, Possess a hands-on leadership and management style?with the ability to achieve results
