Wet Process Equipment Engineer

As a Wet Process Equipment Engineer for IM flash Technologies, you will be responsible for directing the installation, relocation, and sustaining efforts for assigned semiconductor processing equipment. In this position, you will direct input on generating and implementing preventable maintenance procedures; manage all necessary spare hardware and consumables, ensuring availability and potential secondary sources; establish and improve process control and equipment uptime capabilities; and provide follow-up for chronic problems. You will also work to continuously improve equipment and cost of ownership; generate weekly reports that summarize projects, tool uptime, usage, and other toolset issues; work to continuously improve equipment and cost of ownership by collaborating with IMFT, KEG, and Vendors; and maintain an interactive and cooperative effort between all group’s interests affecting your toolset.



Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of wet process equipment (300mm preferred). Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and robotic equipment would also be helpful. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes. You should also have an understanding of experiment design and statistical process control.

You must also have a proven ability to solicit feedback, accept input, and analyze successes and failures in order to effectively improve yourself and the team. This position also requires that you be team oriented with a strong focus on effective team dynamics and distributed responsibility.


 


Required Education:
You must have a degree in Engineering with at least 6 months experience as a Semiconductor Engineer or have at least 6 months experience as a Semiconductor Engineer.



**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.**
