Role:  This position will participate in system architecture and algorithm design for cutting-edge OFDM/MIMO based products. Application space includes WLAN, WiMax, and emerging cellular systems. Qualifications:MSEE required, PhD preferred.5-10 years experience in design, specification, architecture, simulation and integration of wireless communication systems.Strong theoretical RF/analog, digital signal processing, and MAC understanding as well as strong simulation/coding and implementation background.Strong lab skills and ability to lead evaluation efforts in the lab.Experience designing and simulating digital wireless communication systems such as OFDM, MIMO and others.Experience in Matlab and C/C++ a must.Experience in WiMax, 802.11n, 802.16e, 802.20, MAC design, capacity and throughput analysis, basic hardware (digital, analog, and RF) and software architectures for wireless data communication systems.DoD SECRET clearance a plus.
