Device Engineer needed for Product Yield improvement through investigation and reporting of failure modes and implementation of corrective actions. Planning and implementing process optimization with split lots. Communication with process and product Engineering groups. Preparing technical reports on yield improvement activities. Knowledge of CMOS/BIPOLAR/DMOS device operations. Experience in analyzing parametric results and bench testing. Process integration experience in a CMOS or mixed signal technology platform. Understanding device layout. Knowledge of basic product failure modes and their correlation to parametrics and defectivity. BSEE or MSEE required.

Seeking an EES Engineer Diffusion

Responsible for sub-fab of semiconductor facility, including pumps, abatement, heat exchangers, etc. involved and responsible for the purchase and install of sub-fab equipment during expansions/relocation. Supervise individuals in this area and create documentation ad tracking systems. Must have ability to communicate verbally, written and through presentations. BSEE/BSME required.

Also seeking an Equipment Engineer Photo

Familiar with electronic and mechanical schematics. Manufacturing shop-floor experience. Project management skills. Proactive problem solving skills. Specific to semiconductor coater,develop,scrubbers and photolithography support equipments.Formulate reports and equipment specifications. Familiar with factory integration systems. At least 2 years equipment engineering background. 4-7 years semiconductor maintenance experience and established team methodologies. BS Engineering or Technical field.
