Director of Emergency Operations / Program Manager I (Director of Environmental Management Systems)

The DPSCS, Office of the Secretary is seeking an individual with a bachelor?s degree in Civil Environmental Engineering, Physical Science or Environmental Science and six years of experience in administrative or professional work.  One year of this experience must have involved the supervision of other employees or exercising responsibility for program development.  Additional graduate level education may be substituted for the general experience.  This position plans and develops training for all departmental staff, establishes departmental policy on environment guidance and compliance and oversees facility operations.  This position is located with Emergency and Risk Management Operations in Jessup, MD.
