Qualifications required include Bachelor's Degree in a science-related degree and at least ten years experience with NEPA and Project Management; Federal Program experience is preferred. Must be well versed in a variety of NEPA technical issues, be able to manage subcontractors, and project schedules. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; be an energetic, team-oriented individual; have experience mentoring junior staff; must be ablet to obtain a security clearance; and have permit experience.
