Phase II Assessment and Remediation
Clayton Group Services, a Bureau Veritas Company, has been a leader in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Services, and Laboratory Consulting Services for over 50 years. We are currently seeking an Environmental Scientist for Phase I Assessment and Remediation.
The ideal candidate must possess 6 - 10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in an earth science-related field (geology, engineering, hydrogeology, or environmental science). Advanced degree and professional registration (PG, EIT, PE, or CAPM) is desirable. The position available is in the area of Due Diligence Services, specifically the performance of Phase II environmental site assessments. The ideal candidate would also have some experience with Phase II site assessments, mold and asbestos investigations.
Position responsibilities require:
Phase I Experience
Phase II Experience
Indoor Air Quality/Mold Experience (MAC/MAT licensure is desirable)
Asbestos Experience (TDSHS licensure is desirable)
Knowledge of UST Regs, TCEQ Regs., LDEQ, OCC, & ODEQ Regs. is a plus
Excellent organizational, written, computer, and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed
