This candidate will perform engineering and construction functions for our wide range of civil, environmental and construction projects. The position will include the following responsibilities and duties as assigned, such as; supervise, direct and perform as needed, project engineering and AutoCAD design, preparation of plans, details, expert reports, studies, specifications, contract documents, construction oversight and supervision duties.  The successful candidate will also supervise, direct and prepare as needed, environmental reports, including Preliminary Assessments, Environmental Site and Remedial Investigation and Environmental Remedial Action Work Plans and Reports, along with required materials and documents.  This candidate will assist management with the preparation of Project Proposals, Presentations, Estimates and Budgets. The candidate will also assist on the scheduling of company resources, sub consultants, sub contractors and outside resources. Requirements:

 

?  Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering;

?  A minimum of 4 to 7 years of civil and environmental related project experience;

?  Proficiency in computer design software programs.  Should include AutoCAD 2000, Land Development Desktop R2, HEC-1, HEC-RAS, three dimensional software programs, GPS and MS Word/Excel;

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present information in technical and non-technical terms;

?  Ability and desire to work on multiple project assignments.

?  Special consideration for candidates with PE/EIT, NJDEP Cleanup Star Certification, New Jersey Underground Storage Tank Closure and Subsurface Certification License *, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Certifications. 

 

* Note, experience accumulated is considered for New Jersey Underground Storage Tank certification.
