Project Engineer - Geologist (environmental)

ENV America, an expanding environmental engineering and construction firm recognized for its expertise in energy utilities projects, brownfield remediation and development, mining, landfill closure, water resources and remedial construction, is seeking a Project Engineer and/or Geologist for its downtown San Francisco office.

 

This position will be responsible for managing project tasks, coordinating field activities with the project team and subcontractors, overseeing field activities, performing field testing and sampling activities, participating in design of investigation activities and remediation systems, evaluating technical data and preparing project reports.

 

Requirements include a Bachelor?s degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or Geology, 1-8 years of experience, 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-hour Refresher, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software tools of the trade, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  A Master?s degree and Engineer in Training/Professional Engineering or Professional Geologist certification are preferred.
