Regulatory Coordinator

Major Position Responsibilities:

Included but not limited to the following activities for Arch products regulated under various Government Agencies including Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA), and OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and other various approval organizations:

 

o State Registration Activity

? Obtain and Maintain state registrations for products

? Manage and maintain state registration records and databases

 

?  US, Canada, Mexico, South America Registration & Reporting Activity:

? Assist in collection of data needed for registration from various internal and external sources

? Assist in compiling registration packages according to requirements of the regulatory bodies

? Submit certain registration applications/notifications

? Work with suppliers and customers in obtaining and granting distributor registrations

? Coordinate/Manage various reports required by various governmental agencies

 

o Business Support

? Manage the flow of information/contracts/agreements through internal review/approval processes

? Interact with customers, internal and external, on regulatory status of products

? Provide assistance to and interact with Regulatory Managers in various other regulatory matters in all business areas

 

Minimum Requirements:Technical/Regulatory/Environmental background required Good communication skills Ability to work independently Product or Environmental Regulatory background helpful

 

Educational Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in a technical area

 

Additional Information/Skills:Proficient in Word/Excel/Database Management Excellent organizational skills Detail oriented Problem solver
