SUMMARY:
Maintains Regulatory Systems, makes sure all permits are up to date, works with all Regulatory agencies to keep company in compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides training to personnel on Regulatory/Environmental issues.Keeps updated on all current and proposed legislation worldwide dealing with Regulatory/Environmental issues.Conducts Internal/External Audits.Works with and evaluates suppliers as needed. Leads cross-functional teams and projects.Performs cost and benefit analysis.Writes documents/procedures as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering fieldAt least 5 yrs. of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Presentation skills and able to interface and communicate with all levels of personnel.ISO 14001 and EMS Expertise.Statistical/Data Analysis skills.Project management and Oracle experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet Explorer.
