Source Testing Group Leader/Manager (emissions and stack testing)

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Headquartered in Pittsburgh PA, currently has an opening in our St Louis Missouri Office for a an Air Measurements Group Sampling Technician/Scientist (Mid-Level)

Must have experience in air quality environmental sampling. Will perform ambient and source field measurements at industrial facilities and at remediation sites throughout the US. Must be willing to travel. Position duties include field sampling, equipment calibration and mobilization, data calculation, and report preparation. Personal computer skills and knowledge of math and science required.

Ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications/experience: 3-5 years experience in Air Quality Measurements in source emissions testingAmbient air sampling experience a plus. Knowledgeable in the use of USEPA Test Methods and procedures of 40 CFR Part 60 AppendixA.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Experienced with spreadsheets and word processing. Understanding of Federal and state air sampling methods. Experience in emissions testing at various industrial facilities including chemical, cement, pharmaceutical and electric utilities.
