 SR. STAFF SPECIALIST

 

Pro-active, self-starter; ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing events; ability to prioritize, multi-task and delegate tasks; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to mentor junior staff.  Working knowledge of regulations; excellent verbal and technical writing skills (US English); comfortable implementing field-based tasks (drilling, sampling, etc.); ability to analyze data sets and draw conclusions.  Managing investigation/remediation activities on large-scale projects; coordinating field activities and schedules; budget tracking and management; data analysis and report writing; management of regulatory compliance issues; training & mentoring.  Spill planning (SPCC, DPCC, etc.), stormwater, CAD, GIS, database, EIT/PE, soil erosion/sediment control, remedial design/O&M/oversight experience a plus.
