ABS and CDO Structurer

BS seeks an experienced structurer of ABS and CDO transactions to work within the Bank's Securitized Products Proprietary Trading Group. The individual will be responsible for analyzing ABS and CDO deals, including the underlying assets and all tranches of the deal, to contribute to the group's relative value decision making process. Thorough understanding of all consumer ABS sectors is required and knowledge of both cash and synthetic products is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
The candidate must have both a quantitative and financial engineering background. Ability to program in VB, Metlab and or other languages a plus. Must have experience working with Intex and Bloomberg.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading ABS transactions, from origination to syndication.
