EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor?s degree required.  10+ years experience in a lead operational role, preferably in the financial and e-commerce industry.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Position is responsible for the daily operations of the ePayment?s BillPay Client Support division, which includes Fidelity Bill Pay, CheckFree & other ePayment services and the contact centers that support them across multiple sites.  The role will be directly responsible for improving tactical operations and strategically planning/providing for the future growth of the division.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Guides and directs management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services

-  Develops relationships with the clients to support their day to day operations and deliver superior customer support

-  Develops strategies with our clients to increase market share of the business unit

-  Reviews and improves current business processes and procedures

- Assists with the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives in conjunction with the divisional business owner

-  Oversees managers who direct activities that implement the organization's policies

-  Implements programs that meet corporate goals and objectives

- Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth

-  Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization

-  Establishes operating policies consistent with the chief executive officer's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution-  Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the Senior Vice President for review and evaluation
