ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

 

International Aviation Consultants, LLC, the Program Manager for the Hartsfield Development Program, has openings for an Administrative Director with 12 plus years experience.  The Hartsfield Jackson Development Program is a $5.4 billion, 10-year capital expansion and renovation of the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. 

 

The Administrative Director will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Administration Services department.  Tasks associated with this responsibility includes, but not limited to:

 

Ensuring that all Personnel Support related functions are completed, including:

Timely and accurate payroll reporting

Benefits ? Individual and company.

Invoicing

Budgeting

Overseeing staff positions and ensuring that all open positions are filled with appropriately trained professionals. 

Planning and developing employee opportunities necessary to develop and enhance skills and abilities.

Ensuring that the Program complies with all federal, state, and corporate laws.

Ensuring that published policies and procedures of the Program are consistent with current corporate policies, and reflective of the needs of the Program to sustain status as an industry leader.

Ensuring that all accounting functions are maintained accurately.

Participates with other committee members in formulating long-term corporate goals, objectives, strategies and policies.

Responsible for compliance with all company and client contracts.

Responsible for operations support for the organization.

Responsible for the invoice compliance functions of the organization.

Responsible for daily office operations for the organization.

 

Qualifications:

  Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university; or twelve to fifteen years related experience and/or training.

Skills and Competencies required to perform tasks:

Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. 

Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. 

Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics

to the client, top management and public groups.

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual

and practical problems. 

Relevant Knowledge Base:

A strong background in composition of reports, proposals, technical correspondence and documentation is also required.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Good working knowledge of computers

Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Suites specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working knowledge of Expedition and Visio.
