Assistant Vice President of Finance

Manage financial operations and insure timely and accurate accounting records and financial reports in conformance with generally acted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.Train and supervise accounting staff.  Manage day to day workflow for staff and responsibility for meeting reporting deadlines.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to achieve the financial goals of the company I compliance with all federal and local laws and regulations. Make recommendations to the executive team related to financial performance of primary and subsidiary organizations. Develop structure of department in support of organizational goals; including team building, training, consistently monitor employee performance by providing communication and effectively managing the human resources of the department according to authorized personnel policies and procedures. Actively use, sponsor and support quality and performance improvement processes to improve inter- and intra- departmental effectiveness.Reports to CFO

Should have Managed Health Care experience, Good PC background, Excellent interpersonal skills
