Assoc Manager: PCAM®, CMCA®, CCAM® preferred

Established in 1964, St Francis Square Cooperative Inc is an owner-occupied Common Interest Development in the city of San Francisco.

 

SFSQ is currently hiring a new Manager to administer its $2.5MM annual budget and manage 12 employees as well as to interact with 297 on-site members/shareholders.

 

The Manager?s responsibilities will include oversight and management of:

?  Annual Operating Budget

?  Building Maintenance, Inspection and Repair programs

?  Member/shareholder Inquiries and Record Management

?  Staff Scheduling, Appraisal and Performance

?  Statutory Compliance

 

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate solid people management, financial management and coordination skills as well as the ability to manage competing demands and focus on results.  Working in a dynamic office setting, the ability to handle stress is essential.

 

Preference will be given to candidates with professional designations.

PCAM?, CMCA?,  CCAM?.

 

Previous property management experience required as are strong verbal and written communications skills.  Knowledge of office technology including software applications is necessary; knowledge of management and/or database software is an asset.

 

Salary commensurate with experience.
