Your job will be to support management activities within the Marketing and Sales Development Group in the Wealth Management US business. You will act as the key support function responsible for collecting and analyzing data to support the change initiatives impacting both the Home Office and the branches. You will be responsible for synthesizing data from various sources in order to drive actionable recommendations for the group. The ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization is essential for your position, as are communication, presentation, and organizational skills. You will report into the co-sector heads. Additional responsibilities will include developing project plans through all phases of projects including analysis, scoping, design, development, pilot, and implementation. You will create and maintain tools to track initiative progress; generate reports with detailed tracking; provide data analysis and summaries to support the creation of reports, presentations, and communications and design and produce communications for multiple audiences (primarily PowerPoint presentations). You will manage highly confidential and sensitive information related to both tactical and strategic initiatives. You will also create and maintain a file for issue resolution and knowledge sharing among the team, stake holders, and service providers.

Basic Qualifications
You are a college graduate from a leading university. You have three or more years relevant industry experience. You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct research to resolve issues, find supporting data, and create/ assess business cases. You have strong project management, organizational, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills. You have strong presentation skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.
