Business Strategy and Development Associate

Your job will include working on project teams, especially with internal client teams from across the bank's division. You will develop financial models to support business opportunity assessments and business case development. You will leverage different information sources to run analysis that will support the development of project recommendations and participate actively in synthesizing findings. You will conduct interviews with internal clients, management and/or clients, run workshops and meetings with client team members as well as prepare and deliver presentations.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with 2 to 4 years of work experience as an associate at a leading management consulting or corporate finance firm with strong focus on financial institutions or business development at financial institutions. You have a Master's degree from a leading university, preferably in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration. You are proficient in the English language and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have team spirit, a flexible personality, and an ability to cope with adversity and pressure. You have strong financial industry knowledge. You have strong analytical and synthesizing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
You are also proficient in German and French.
