We are seeking an experienced CEO, COO, or CFO.  This person must have the vision, passion and determination to grow an existing company organically or through acquisition and integration.

 

You will be provided with the required capital to acquire a company in your industry of expertise.  You must be able to introduce us to the owners of the acquisition target.  You must also have the credentials to be the CEO, COO, or CFO of the newly acquired company.

 

If you qualify to be a ?C? l executive of the acquired company, then this will be facilitated.  As a ?C? executive, you will have an opportunity to grow your company in partnership with a leading investment firm.  You will receive a high salary plus a percentage of ownership of the company.  This is a great opportunity to build considerable personal wealth.

 

If you do not qualify for the C? level executive or you prefer not to be in this position, a consultant role will be facilitated for you.  As a consultant, you will be highly paid for the introduction to an acquisition target and for your business plan.

 

You will need the following qualifications for the ?C? executive position:
10 years experience as ?C? executive in a profitable company with sales of greater than $25M
20 years of industry experience
Significant achievements during up & down cycles
Established network of industry contacts
Experience in defining and executing a strategic vision
Experience in recruiting a management team with the leadership skills to generate greater profitability through improved business processes
Vision to create an industry-leading company of extraordinary value
