We are a small angel funded start-up in Palo Alto that is inventing a new way for people to share useful information and make better decisions about what they spend their attention, time and money on. Our product is a web-based technology that compiles trusted community information into personalized, prioritized, spam-free ratings and recommendations. We recently launched a private beta service, based our technology and are now looking for CEO who will help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities

 

Your main responsibilities are:

1)  Business Development: (syndication/licensing contracts)

2)  Raising series B round (VCs) Qualifications

You?ve been there done that . . .

?  Entrepreneur experience in the internet  space

?  You must posess Venture Capital experience or employment on the VC side OR have a track record for successful money raising from financial insitutes.

?  Solid Business Development experience.

?  Top Management: Experience in high-level position in one of the successful internet companies or start-ups.   MBA degree required

 

 

. . . and been there done SOME of that, too . . .

?  Partner management and implementation experience a plus.

?  Content management and community products & services experience is a plus.

?  Knowledge of web application technologies, and technical development knowledge a plus.

?  Experience in search technology, SEO, SEM & ad serving technologies a plus.

 

 

You must be able to work for options only until we secure our next round of funding, which we?re anticipating will take us about six to eight months.
