Our client, an established non-profit organization providing a range of services seeks a qualified Chief Financial Officer to assume fiscal control of the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will direct and coordinate the financial affairs of the company according to accepted financial principles, and federal and state government regulations while ensuring adequate controls in safekeeping the assets of the Company and properly managing the financial affairs of the business.

The CFO will be responsible to manage subordinates and branch financial personnel and work closely with the COO in carrying out operational initiatives of the company.

The candidate we are looking for will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA or CPA is desirable. You will bring at least 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience with at least 4 years at a senior management level.  A demonstrated history of managing staff and providing leadership is essential.
