Description:



 

The Chief of Staff to the RDNA CIO is responsible for assisting the Company’s Senior Vice President in running the day-to-day operations of his business units. This is a highly visible position in the company and interacts with all levels in the organization. Extensive relationship building experience and the ability to influence leaders at every level is key. This leader will be responsible for partnering with IT leadership to design, develop and deliver technical solutions to enterprise-wide projects, affecting multiple organizations. 

Key Responsibilities include: Partnering with the SVP to absorb day-to-day team, cross-business and executive tasks, including: Lead projects that drive efficiency in business performance and proactively identify areas of process improvement that will reduce rework and provide cost savings.Ownership and management of the Team’s budget, actuals and forecasts Ensuring the proper allocation of SVP’s time to enable the him to deliver on key objectives and focus on broader-based corporate issuesEnsuring the effective rollout of Company and Department initiativesSupport development of Executive, Departmental, Senior Management and company-wide communications Champion for the VOE plan and ensuring the effective rollout and utilization of the Company's performance management initiatives and tools, such as performance reviews 360 feedback, talent assessment. Understanding operating policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate organizational decision-making protocols are followed. Coordinating deliverables across multiple sites and functions, lead and/or consult on complex project issues across multiple business and technology team is necessary.



 



Masters Degree preferred
Minimum of 12 years experience in application analysis, large scale program management and balancing business requirements and goals with technology capabilities. 
Knowledge of retail finance industry highly desirable.
5-8 years experience in handling analysis for multiple large, complex and cross functional projects with emphasis on systems, technologies, and developing business processes thorough understanding of impact of technology on operations and customer service. 
Proven ability in building relationships meeting corporate objectives.
Knowledge of financial controls, the IT organization, and a broad understanding of business drivers and strategies.
