Job Responsibilities:


Provide leadership, develop, manage, and monitor Client Services teams responsible for the day to day administrative functions needed to effectively provide services to CONEXIS customers.  Provide routine reporting on a pre-determined basis to senior management of all metrics and service deliverables.  Ensure that all employees are appropriately trained and motivated to meet and exceed their designated job responsibilities.  Manage a staff of between 10-15 employees; includes oversight and monitoring and measuring administrative functions, processes and procedures.  Provide, coaching, mentoring, counseling and assist in the assessment on an ongoing basis as well as for annual performance evaluations.  Prepare performance reporting, periodic status update reports, personnel evaluations and other management reports as necessary to effectively manage employees.



Job Requirements:
College degree in business, human resources or related field preferred.  Must have 3-5 years pervious management experience.  In-depth knowledge of COBRA/HIPAA and Flexible Benefits Administration and the related regulatory environment.  Ability to provide strong leadership and possess excellent interpersonal skills.  Must possess strong communication skills in both written and verbal communications.  Self-motivated requiring little or no supervision; flexible, team player, able to motivate others.
