Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Unique company in fast-paced service industry is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage a variety of strategic operating, financial initiatives and treasury functions. Individual will handle all SEC, tax and Sarbanes Oxley reporting and compliance. In addition, will be responsible for investor relations; preparing the board and bank reporting packages and coordinate quarterly earnings release and conference calls. Finally, will also serve as key role on the implementation team for a new enterprise operating software system.

Must have CPA certification and 10+ years in accounting and financial experience with Big 4 public and private organizations.

Prior management experience with company using recurring revenue business model is a plus.

This position is located in the Charlotte, NC Metro Area.
