Chief Financial Officer/Controller

A Newark, NJ based bakery focused exclusively on artisan breads and rolls is looking for a Chief Financial Officer/Controller to handle all financial operations of the company.  The company has in excess of 200 employees and is owned by a private equity firm.  The position will report directly to the President of the company.  Responsibilities include managing A/R, A/P, cash management, insurance, purchasing, monthly closings, year end audits, tax preparation, implementation of new computer system and board presentations. Individual must also be able to work directly with VP of Operations in establishing product cost accounting, profit margin evaluation, ingredient and supply usage, and throughput efficiencies.  Looking for a detail oriented executive to become part of the senior management team of this market leader.  Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish helpful, but not required.
